All about F1 Injectors

The fuel system's job is to extract fuel from the fuel tank and transport it to the engine, where it is sprayed into the trumpets where it mixes with air before entering the cylinder where it is burned to produce torque. F1 Injectors The fuel system is built to recover fuel from the tank and increase and regulate this pressure using a sophisticated mechanical pump. The fuel must be delivered to the injectors at the proper pressure in order for the amount injected to be precisely metered. The optimal choice of injectors is not only dependent on how your truck has been modified. If you intend to acquire custom tuning for your truck, your decision will also depend on your personal preferences and those of the tuner. Additionally, F1 Injectors the choice and whether you must maintain emission compliance depend greatly on the primary use of your truck. For the lesser Stages of our injectors, we have conducted emission testing in the state of Washington. For the MY03 and MY4.5 truck...

What is the Big Bang Injection

Image
The same mechanical and hydraulic tolerances as our new BBI injectors are used to tune all remanufactured injectors. The new hard chrome coated valve set and new DLC coated nozzle are installed on every one of our remanufactured injectors. We upgrade all of the older injector cores we accept to include the newest design elements. With these modifications, low-pressure functionality is improved. Every other component is examined, measured, and only used if it is in perfect working order. When receiving returned injector cores, we inspect them carefully. We cannot accept them and will not utilize them if, for any reason, they do not adhere to our high requirements. All of our injectors are tested over their entire operating range. Why does this matter? A complete injection amount map is included with each set of Big Bang Injection . For all of our 5.9l injectors, our entire injection quantity mappings are constructed from more than 500 single test points. The comprehensive injectio...

Injector Options when you’re Common Rail Dodge Injectors Go Bad

Is your truck having difficulty starting? Are you seeing an abnormal quantity of smoke coming out your exhaust? Is your fuel economy changing? Are you noticing a rough engine, or a rattle coming from the injectors? Have you experienced a loss of power? All of these signs, and others, point to poor injector performance. When the time comes to replace your injectors, it is best to understand your options so you can move forward with the best choice for your truck. Dodge Diesel injectors that were installed in years 2003 and up, are extremely complex pieces of engineering. They are referred to as “common rail injectors.” They are electronically actuated and are subject to extremely high pressures of diesel fuel and cylinder compression. They also have extremely complex internal components with very specific tolerances. Like any other mechanical part, they eventually wear out and begin to fail. When they do, it is important to understand the options you have so you can make the best cho...
